Providing digital design services for your practice
Aligners
We design aligners to fulfill your treatment plans. You send us an intra-oral scan with a prescription, and we will design all the digital files necessary for you to print and make aligners in-house.
Our fee system is simple, straight forward, and doesn’t require you to guess how many aligners you’ll need. Each case has a design fee of $30 per arch. After that, each tray costs $15. Simple as that!

Do you have a really complex case? Or do you dislike planning each step in advance and just want to plan as you go? We have a comprehensive packages that allows for unlimited tray designs for a single or a five year period. Send us as many update scans as you like, and tell us how far ahead you’d like us to plan. Retainers are included as well!

Retainers
Submit an intra-oral scan, and we will design a model that you can make retainers off of. The best part? You can print and make as many retainers as you like off of our design!
Our retainer models are specifically designed to allow quick and efficient trimming of retainers. They differ from study models in that we remove all anatomy except the teeth, and we keep the base low for ease of manufacture.

Study Models
Our study models are designed to incorporate as much soft tissue anatomy as possible. They’re also designed with a thick, sturdy base to make sure they last.

While it’s not difficult to make aligners in-house, it can be daunting starting from scratch. We can provide advice for any step of the way toward making your own aligners!
